Order in Council 539/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Gregory Bishop of Minden be redesignated as alternate chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term effective July 9, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022.
