Order in Council 1087/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 557/2023, dated April 20, 2023, Thomas B.C. Lackie was appointed as a member of the Town of Penetanguishene Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective from April 20, 2023;

And

whereas Thomas B.C. Lackie is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 557/2023 dated April 20, 2023, appointing Thomas B.C. Lackie as a member of the Town of Penetanguishene Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
