OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated October 25, 2005, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by Order in Council 92-1162, dated December 1, 1992, and as amended, is pleased, under the terms and conditions described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to: (
a) approve the granting of a loan to Curtmar Farms Limited for $4,600,000 plus interest accruals to refinance short term indebtedness; and (
b) approve the rate of interest to be charged on this loan to be 6.30%.
