On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 18 (6) of the Enhanced Accident Benefits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 59/2021, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(a.1) services provided to assist with activities of daily living referred to in

section 125 (1) of the Act; .
