Order in Council 1304/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act,

Whereas Manjeet Gill of Brampton, who was appointed by O.C. 153/2019 as a member of the board of governors of The Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, has resigned from the board;

Now therefore Order in Council 153/2019 be revoked.
