PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 3 92 , Approved and Ordered July 2, 2024 Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) the appointment of Diana Amber Smith as a nota1y public, made by Order in Council 516/2021 , is rescinded and their Commission cancelled, (

b) a Commission under the Great Seal be issued appointing each of the following a notary public under

section of the Notaries Act: (

i) Diana Amber Piper; (ii) Jean Marie Dennis, and (

c) the individuals to be appointed under paragraph (

b) may exercise their functions as a notary public only in the course of employment at the Se1vice BC Centre in Valemount, British Columbia. Attorney General (This
