Section 13 of the Apprenticeship and Occupa ‐ tional Certification Act,

chapter 19 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2012, is amended 1(1) L’article 13 de la

Loi sur l’apprentissage et la certification professionnelle,

chapitre 19 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2012, est modifié (

a) in paragraph (1)(

c) a) à l’alinéa (1)c), (

i) in clause (iv)(

B) of the French version by striking out the semicolon at the end of the clause and substituting a comma; (

v) any standards and requirements to be met by a person who holds a credential equivalent to a cer ‐ tificate of qualification or diploma of apprentice ‐ ship issued under this Act that is issued by another province or a territory of Canada, (

v) is deemed to hold a certificate of qualifica ‐ tion or diploma of apprenticeship, as the case may be, is ‐ sued under this Act. 13.1 La personne qui est titulaire d’un

1(3) The Act is amended by adding after

section 43 the following: 1(3) La Loi est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 43 : Compliance orders Ordres d’observation 43.1(1) If an education and compliance officer is satis ‐ fied that a person has failed to comply with any provi ‐ sion of this Act or the regulations, the education and compliance officer may issue a compliance order. 43.1(1) Lorsque l’agent d’éducation et de conformité est convaincu qu’une personne ne s’est pas conformée à l’une quelconque des dispositions de la présente loi ou de ses règlements, il peut délivrer un ordre d’observa ‐ tion. 43.1(2) A compliance order issued under subsection (1) shall 43.1(2) L’ordre délivré en vertu du paragraphe (1) in‐ dique : (

a) set out the provision of this Act or the regula ‐ tions that the person failed to comply with and a de ‐ scription of that failure to comply,

Review of compliance orders Révision des ordres d’observation 43.2(1) A person affected by a compliance order may request that the Director review the order by applying to the Director in accordance with the regulations. 43.2(1) Toute personne visée par un ordre d’observa ‐ tion peut demander au directeur de le réviser en lui pré ‐ sentant une demande conformément aux règlements. 43.2(2) Subject to the regulations, the Director shall establish the procedure to be followed with respect to a review requested under subsection (1). 43.2(2)

chapter 44 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2025, is amended by adding after paragraph (
