On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the City of Mississauga, Geographic Township of Toronto, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0331 filed with Geomatics Central at Toronto on the 30 th day of July 2021, be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
