Order in Council 1546/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO

section 3 of the Coroners Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.37, as amended, Dr. Michael John Stirling be appointed as a Coroner for Ontario effective from the date of this Order in Council, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 19, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
