On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) Schedule 2 of the COVID-19 Related Measures Act , S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the regulations listed in the attached Appendix 2 are amended as set out in that Appendix.

Appendix 1

1 Item 2 in

Schedule 2 of the COVID-19 Related Measures Act, S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is amended

(

a) by repealing the definition of "essential goods and supplies" in

section 1, and

(

b) by repealing sections 6 to 9 and 11.

Appendix 2

1 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 215/2020 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

2 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 165/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

3 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 181/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

4 B.C. Reg. 182/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

5 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 183/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

6 B.C. Reg. 184/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

7 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 185/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

8 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 186/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

9 B.C. Reg. 229/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".

10 Paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 247/2021 is amended by striking out " effective December 31, 2021 " and substituting " effective on the date that the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is repealed ".
