OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 29, 2002, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 600 square metres, situate at Chester, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Elsie K. Flinn of Chester, Lunenburg County, her heirs and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $7890, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $13.15 per square metre by the total area, in square metres, of the parcel of Crown land as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
