OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 10, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to transfer, at no charge, one (1) surplus Jeep Grand Cherokee, serial number 1J4GW48N94C429544, to the Special Hazards Response Unit Association, Truro, Nova Scotia, and to enter into and carry out such agreements and execute and deliver such assignments, bills of sale and other instruments and documents as are necessary to give effect to such transfer.
