OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 22, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to assign supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Honourable Diana C. Whalen, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
