OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice, and on the recommendation of the Chief Electoral Officer, and pursuant to subsection 355(1) of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2011, the Elections Act , is pleased, effective on and after the proclamation of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2020,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2011, the Elections Act , to: (

a) repeal the Election Tariff of Fees and Expenses , N.S. Reg. 191/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-328 dated October 9, 2012; and (

b) make a new tariff of fees and expenses in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
