Presidin Mem s er of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council-No. 356 , Approved and Ordered MAR - 9 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Debbie Wade be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Energy and Mines and Minister Responsible for Northern Development, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Debbie Wade; (

c) the appointment of Debbie Wade, made by Order in Council 260/98, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service .4( (This
