Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

be reappointed as full-time member, representative of employers of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
