OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated February 24, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) conveying Crown lands currently identified as PID 40600736 containing approximately 25 acres (10.1 hectares) located in Goodwood, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Screen Nova Scotia Industry Association, or its approved successors or assigns, for a purchase price of $1,800,000.00, plus HST; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
