Order in Council 1000/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 312/2015, dated the 18th day of March 2015, Douglas G. Prendergast was appointed as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from March 18, 2015;

And

whereas Douglas G. Prendergast has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Douglas G. Prendergast is hereby reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Port Hope Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
