OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 15, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land (PIDs 00642934, 00642942, portion of 41317108, portion of 00642926), for the nominal sum of $1.00, shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Atlantic Mining NS Corp., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
