OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 27, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Dawn Topple, made pursuant to Order in Council 94-643, dated August 3, 1994, while employed with the Department of Transportation and Communications; and (
b) appoint Dawn Rose of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
