Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and subsection 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve an amendment to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5, respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation on January 21, 2011, which replaces Appendix "A" to By-law #5 with Appendix "A" to

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
