Order in Council 793/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Simon Chapelle of Kingston be reappointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 24, 2022.
