OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 20, 2003, pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Civil Service Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, as amended, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective April 30, 2003, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of William D. Hogg, C.A., as Special Projects Advisor; (
b) remove the designation of William D. Hogg, C.A., as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act and the Public Service Act; and (
c) remove the designation of William D. Hogg, C.A., as an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
