OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Michele Marie Foster of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 91-1013 dated September 3, 1991, while employed with the Municipality of Kings; and (

b) appoint Michele Forsythe of Coldbrook, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
