CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act (Assented to December 24, 1986) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Amendment Act, 1986. S.S. 1979, c.L-11.1 The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. Sections to repealed Sections to are repealed.

Section 74.3 amended Clause 74.3(

a) is amended by striking out “established under
