OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated September 11, 2000, pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, as amended, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons to be members of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, each for a term of office commencing September 1, 2000, and ending September 1, 2002: Fred Holtz of Ferguson's Cove, Halifax Regional Municipality; Lloyd Newman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Tom Forrestall of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint the following persons to be members of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, each for a term of office commencing September 1, 2000, and ending September 1, 2003: Michael-Andreas Kuttner of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Allison Bishop of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

c) reappoint the following person to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term of office commencing September 1, 2000, and ending September 1, 2003: Beverly McClare of Grand Pré, Kings County.
