OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 13, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) lease a parcel of land containing 0.70 acres of land, more or less, on Keltic Drive, Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as described in
Schedule "A" and outlined in red on
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, for a period of ten (10) years, with an option to renew for a further term of ten (10) years, at a rental rate of $150.00 for the ten (10)- year term of the Lease; (
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Lease Agreement in such form as the Minister determines.
