Order in Council 1461/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Timothy Moseley , of Toronto, Ontario

is re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding two (2) years effective on November 29, 2020.

Pursuant to subsection 3 (5) of the Securities Act , Timothy Moseley is designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his appointment as a member of the Commission; and

Pursuant to subsection 3.6 (6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2 (3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act , Timothy Moseley is, for the term of his appointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
