Order in Council 1581/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sara Mintz of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 25, 2024.

Pursuant to subsection 16(3) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sara Mintz be reappointed as alternate executive chair of Tribunals Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 25, 2024.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 1267/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
