OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated January 4, 1999, pursuant to

Section 30 of

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1998,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Condominium Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1998,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Condominium Act, except Sections 7, 17 and 18, clauses (

b) and (

c) of subsection (1) of

Section 19, subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of

Section 19 and Sections 21 and 28 thereof, come into force on and not before February 3, 1999.
