Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 24, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of an interest in certain lands by a Grant of Easement containing an area of 37,357 square feet, more or less, situate at or near 161 McLean Street, Truro, County of Colchester, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and identified as Parcel "WL" on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the Grant of Easement of the interest in land to the Town of Truro, a municipal body corporate having its office at Truro, County of Colchester, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the interest in lands herein above described.
