OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 10, 2008, and pursuant to subsection (5) of
Section 44 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 39 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, do come into force on and not before January 29, 2008, with effect on and after December 1, 2006.
