OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 9, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to confirm approval for the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into agreements with the Province of British Columbia to second two employees to assist with Nova Scotia’s leadership of the National Blood Portfolio for two years, in the form set forth in Appendices “A” and “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreements.
