OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated December 16, 2009, and pursuant to clause 40(1)(
k) of
Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2008, the Animal Protection Act, is pleased to make regulations prescribing the minimum qualifications for appointment as the Chief Inspector of the Nova Scotia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 19, 2010.
