OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 20, 2007, and pursuant to clause 9(
b) of
Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to authorize the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission to implement a new toll collection system, as described in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, at a cost not to exceed $8,000,000.
