Section 146 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada- Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Offshore Area Certificate of Fitness Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-20 dated January 9, 1996, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 5, 2003.
