Statute: Homes for Special Care Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated December 7, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 1999-33, dated February 3, 1999, by deleting from the third line of paragraph (

a) thereof and from the third line of paragraph (

b) thereof the word "January" and substituting therefor in each case the word "October"; and (

b) amend Order in Council 1999-157, dated April 7, 1999, by deleting from the sixth line thereof the word "March" and substituting therefor the word "October".
