ordered March 2, 2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) effective April 6, 2020, the Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.
