OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 16, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision of August 12, 2011 to provide financial assistance to Tech Link International Entertainment Limited by way of a secured working capital loan in an amount not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 16, 2011; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
