B.C. Reg. 330/2003, deposited September 5, 2003, pursuant to the COMMUNITY CHARTER [Section 282 (2) (b)]. Order in Council 861/2003, approved and ordered September 5, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective on the date that sections 8, 9 and 282 of the Community Charter , S.B.C. 2003, c. 26 come into force, the Responsible Minister Regulation, attached, is made. — G. RESPONSIBLE MINISTER REGULATION

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the

Community Charter .

2 The minister set out in Column 1 of the Table is designated as the minister responsible in relation to the matters set out opposite in Column 2 for the purposes of

section 9 of the Act:
