OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2021-61 dated February 23, 2021; (

b) designate the Honourable Tim Halman as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; and (

c) designate the Honourable Allan MacMaster, the Honourable John Lohr, the Honourable Karla MacFarlane, the Honourable Jill Balser, and the Honourable Susan Corkum-Greek as members of Treasury and Policy Board.
