section 73: 2 Il est aj outé, après l'article 73, ce qui suit : Agreements re internet services 73.1(1) With the approval of the minister, a school board may enter into a cost-sharing agreement with the following to establish or improve a school's connectivity to the Internet through fibre-optic linkages: (
