OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 5, 2004, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation Act, which approved the establishment of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Rita Lamontagne MacDonald of RR#2 Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, as a Director of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation for a two (2) year term commencing February 29, 2004, and ending February 28, 2006; (

b) reappoint Ernest J. Dick of Granville Ferry, Annapolis County, as a Director of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation for a three (3) year term commencing March 1, 2004, and ending February 28, 2007; (

c) reappoint Paul MacKinnon of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation for a three (3) year term commencing March 1, 2004, and ending February 28, 2007; and (

d) authorize the payment of $100 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to the members of the Board for work involving the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation.
