OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 7, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to reappoint: (
a) Irene J. Lefort of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a further term of office commencing April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2006; and (
b) Joseph Kennedy of Fall River, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a further term of office commencing February 6, 2003, and ending February 5, 2006.
