An Act to Amend the Public Interest Disclosure Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1

Section of the Public Interest Disclosure Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2012, is amended by adding after subsection (4) the following: 50(4.1) A person who violates or fails to comply with
