OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 10, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of land known as Parcel A, being a portion of lands identified as PID # 35182377 at Caledonia, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan in
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being required for bridge replacement and highway realignment at Wallace Bridge, Caledonia, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia.
