and Community Spirit, and the Pitt Rivers Museum (Oxford) for the purpose of
temporarily exhibiting or displaying the cultural property in the Glenbow
Museum in Calgary and the Sir Alexander Galt Museum in Lethbridge in the
exhibition known as "Kaahsinooniksi Aotoksisaawooya/Our grandfathers have

bylaw of The Grande Yellowhead Regional Division No. 35 Relating To The
Conversion From A Regional Division To A School Division To Be Called The
Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77, requesting the conversion of
the regional division to a school division, passed August 26, 2009 by The Board
of Trustees of Grande Yellowhead Regional Division No. 35 is approved.
2 Pursuant to Sections 208 and 246 of the School Act, The Grande Yellowhead
Public School Division No. 77 (the "School Division") is established and the
members of the board are a corporation under the name of The Board of Trustees
of Grande Yellowhead Public School Division No. 77 (the "Board"). The

establishment of the School Division and all assets and liabilities of The Board of

Section 237 of the School Act, all persons employed by The Board
