OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act dated November 23, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint M. Kathleen McManus, K.C. of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a full-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, effective November 30, 2022; and (
b) order that the remuneration for M. Kathleen McManus, K.C. as a full-time member be paid in accordance with Order in Council 2007-501 dated September 25, 2007.
