Order in Council 80/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 207/2018, dated February 8, 2018 James D. Sloan was reappointed as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board for a period of two years effective February 8, 2018;

And

whereas James D. Sloan is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 207/2018, dated February 8, 2018 reappointing James D. Sloan as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
