Order in Council 534/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 312/2016, dated February 24, 2016, Peter J. McAsh was reappointed as a member of the Town of St Mary’s Police Services Board for a term of three years effective February 24, 2016;

And

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 313/2016, dated February 24, 2016 Frederick Stam was reappointed as a member of the Town of St Mary’s Police Services Board for a term of three years effective February 24, 2016;

And

Whereas the Town of St Mary’s Police Services Board Police Services Board has been dissolved effective December 31 2017;

Now therefore Orders in Council numbered O.C 312/2016 and O.C. 313/2016 dated February 24, 2016 are hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
